Registered
Behavior Technician ready to teach client's new skills (communication, daily living, social skills etc.) while targeting behavioral excesses that inhibit independence.

Here, you'll also be part of a unique performance-based incentive system that allows you to
take control of your own pay.


Currently, we are in the process of completing interviews for Behavior Technicians in the Omaha and surrounding areas.

We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians who are motivated to provide 1:1 direct in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum.

This is a
part-time position with a fixed schedule, offering flexibility between
3 PM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday (Saturday optional).

Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, and we provide additional benefits, including compensation for same-day client cancellations, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.


Ad Astra also offers Behavior Technicians the opportunity to participate in the RBT Certification Program, leading to registration as a behavior technician with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).

For those already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician, we provide RBT supervision with our experienced BCBAs.

As a Behavior Technician of our team, your responsibilities will be:

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to foster positive behaviors and skill development in individuals with unique abilities.
  • Work closely with families, providing guidance, support, and training to empower them to continue the magic at home.
  • Engage in collaboration with a team of professionals, using a synergistic approach to individualized care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to track progress, making datadriven decisions that lead to the most magical outcomes.
