Position

CeraVe is now in 70 countries and the digital remit of the role is extremely wide.

The role has oversight over 70 countries' digital properties/voice which requires both implementation guidelines and executional elements. The team functions as an in-house agency while also working with external agencies.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, marketing or business
years of experience in digital strategy experience—social media, advocacy, websites (e.g., search), e-commerce/e-retail/Amazon, community management, and content creation—full 360 campaigns based on digital— for a brand(s) (in-house and/or agency)

  • Expert in understanding how earned, paid, owned, and borrowed strategies cohesively work together
  • Have 57 years of leadership experience and proven winning track record
  • Skincare experience and interest in fields related to health/healthcare, beauty and dermatology strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in campaign and 360 distribution strategies—also with a proven winning track record
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Understands how to manage both big brands and small brands
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing demands, and priorities in a very fastpaced environment
  • Must be a brand builder
  • MUST BE AN EXCELLENT STORYTELLER?—both on a personal level and for the brand
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of what makes a great creative idea come to life
  • History of executing big campaigns with strong results

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for digital campaigns—from strategy to execution to guidelines/toolkits for countries to launch.
  • Responsible for influencers & advocacy strategies and executions
  • Responsible for 50+ CeraVe websites incl. creative updates, UX, SEO, SEM, etc.
  • Responsible for CRM/loyalty
  • Responsible for and brings forth digital innovations and futuristic thinking
  • Manage multimillion dollar budget for use with agencies to influencers etc
  • Responsible for social me
