- Completed technical or commercial education
- Professional experience as a Service Advisor (m/f/d)
- Training as a certified Audi Service Advisor (m/f/d) desirable
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Organizational skills
- In-depth technical knowledge
- Enthusiasm for modern information and media technology
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Positive and open demeanor
- Team spirit
- Proactive attitude.
