    Description

    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)-Multiple Departments

    Location: Alamosa, Colorado

    Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: Competitive with sign-on bonus/relocation assistance

    Our customer is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team across various departments. Offering a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    • ER, OB, ICU, Med Surg, Surgery
    • Provide nursing care, including triage assessments, administering treatments, and documenting patient conditions.
    • Assist with invasive procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
    • Follow nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols.

    Requirements:

    • Associate's degree in Nursing minimum; BSN preferred.
    • Valid Colorado RN license and current BLS certification.
    • Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, etc., required for ER, ICU, and OB RNs.
