APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Registered Nurse

Location: Alamosa, CO 81101
Position: Registered Nurse
Units Open:

Pay Range: $ BOE
Shifts:

Day 3x12-Hour (06:00 - 18:30)
- Day Shift Differential N/A
Night 3x12-Hour (6:00pm-6:00am
- Night Shift Differential: $5.00/hr
Weekend (Friday 6pm - Monday 6am)
- Weekend Shift Differential: $4.00/hr

Benefits:

The on call pay to carry the pager is $2.50/hour then time and half if called in.
Sign On and Relocation are Case by Case
Direct Hire

Requirements:

• At minimum, Associates degree in nursing. BSN is preferred.

• Current active Colorado Registered Nurse license.

• At minimum, current AHA and BLS Certification, required upon hire.

• RN's in ICU require certifications such as ACLS, PALS, etc.

Job Details:

• Assisting, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care to accepted nursing and hospital standards

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

• Maintaining awareness of comfort and safety needs of patient.

• Observing patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.

• Responding to all situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.

• Documenting nursing history and physical assessment for assigned patients
