Are you someone who enjoys working with families and has an interest in supporting them in various life situations? Then join our team.

Our goal is to provide guidance and support to families facing challenging situations and to offer solutions and assistance as a point of contact.

We are currently seeking a

for our Youth Office, Department of Education and Family Counseling Center, to start as soon as possible.

Here are your responsibilities:
You will provide counseling and therapy to parents, children, and adolescents.
You will design and conduct preventive programs, such as parenting courses or groups for children and adolescents.
You will advise parents going through separation and assist with custody arrangements.
You will implement online services for counseling and prevention.
You will collaborate with professionals in the field and within the institution.

What we expect from you:
A completed degree in social work or social pedagogy with state recognition, or a comparable university degree.
A started or completed three-year training in systemic family therapy or another recognized psychological therapy method.

Willingness to participate in further training and education.
Openness, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different life situations of clients.

What we offer:
A permanent part-time position at 50%.
Classification according to pay group S 12 TVöD.
A monthly allowance of up to 90.00 € and regeneration days according to the
