- Determine presence of obstructions
- Operates hand or power tools
- Dig trenches with trenching tools
- Cover pipes with dirt or other material
- Must be willing to complete manual labor
- Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators, and tampers
- Knowledgeable in pipe survey equipment
