    Position: Bilingual Representative

    Location: Boca Raton and Delray Beach, FL

    Full Time: Yes (M-F- 8 am to 5 pm)

    Salary range: $16/hr + Benefits

    Position Summary:

    Bilingual Representative will work directly with clients, third parties, providers, and insurance companies. They should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Perform data entry duties
    • Gather information and documents from clients and other sources
    • Handle incoming calls and other communication interaction with clients and third parties
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
    • Maintain and organize electronic case files
    • Perform additional duties as required by the Case Manager Supervisor.

    Experience/Requirements:

    • Full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
    • Ability to speak clearly on the phone required
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
    • Possess excellent organization skills and be able to multitask and prioritize workload
    • Team-oriented
