- An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience
- TEN (10) or more years of experience within the DoD or Federal Government (advanced degree and/or professional certification may be substituted for equivalent years of experience)
- Experience leading teams and Agile software development
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience implementing at a Federal or DoD program
- Expertise in Air Force financial management policies, processes, and procedures specifically in using Oracle applications
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others
- Working knowledge of DoD and Air Force financial management and systems, processes and procedures
- Agile software certifications including scrum master or product owner
- Functional knowledge of Federal applications of Oracle e-Business software
- Ability to travel (up to 10%)
