About Donna McMannes:

34 years as an Air Force civilian.  Retired from Senior Executive Service.  Led several Air Force teams developing new concepts and organizations.  Known for solving complex issues by leading large diverse teams and encouraging creativity.  Ready for new challenge with a non-profit.  Passion for helping people.

Experience

34 years managing Air Force resources.  Responsible for the effective and efficient use of manpower in order to perform mission.  By collaborating and finding creative solutions to problems I rose through the ranks of civil service from entry level GS- 1 to retiring as equivalent to a 1 star General.  I have been responsible for the organizations within the Air Force from structure to resourcing.  This entailed how many people were required to do the mission as well as the skill sets needed to perform effectively perform.  As funding was continually reduced this became challenging but we were successful. Strength building teams and finding new ways to get the job done.  

Education

I have a Master‘s degree in business for Bellevue University in Nebraska.
