    Description

    Client Service Associate

    Riverpoint Wealth Management is a boutique financial planning firm catering to high-net-worth individuals. We are an independent and nationally registered investment advisory (RIA) firm that specializes in comprehensive planning encompassing investments, insurance, taxes, and estate planning. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Advisors in preparing client materials for meetings.
    • Participate actively in client meetings.
    • Assist in creating financial plans and investment reports for clients.
    • Address client requests for necessary information or services promptly.
    • Establish tracking systems for pending client tasks.
    • Conduct research on investments, provide performance reports, and monitor existing investments.

    Requisite Skills & Competencies:

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrate a client-first approach with a focus on customer service.
    • Proactively anticipate and meet the needs of Advisors and clients.
    • Help with onboarding new clients, including setting up accounts, handling client paperwork, and online access.
    • Maintain client relationship management (CRM) records accurately.
    • Act as a liaison between clients, custodians, investment managers, and third parties.
    • Resolve client issues efficiently.
    • Assist in preparing client presentations and meeting materials.
    • Perform effectively under pressure and time constraints.
    • Work autonomously with attention to detail, handling tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services or investment management sector.
    • Preference for or expected to obtain CFP designation within 12 months of employment.
    • Proficient in business communication.
    • Familiarity with financial planning and investments.
    • Experience with MS Office, CRM tools, and Dropbox.
