Mgr, PMOJob SummaryResponsible for leading activities of the project team independently. Identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure time completion of project.
Coordinates the activities of the team by becoming familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.
Leads project teams. Coaches the development of other Project Managers. Implements complex large/multiple projects .Key Responsibilities
Project Issues Management -expertise in resolving project issues in challenging and complex situations. Takes a lead role in highly pressurized situations when there is a need to resolve high priority issues.
