MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN III


Based on demonstrated knowledge and expertise, this role will be for experienced Mechanical Technician to repair and work on a wide variety of machines in our production facility.

Under supervision, will perform tasks for electrical or mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:


  • Understands principles and follows established protocol for L.O.T.O.
  • Understands principles and operation of multimeter test instruments
  • Understands facility power distribution
  • Able to properly use common hand tools
  • Able to interpret and utilize information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of production equipment
  • Understands the operating principles of a confined fluid system, associated components, and basic schematic interpretation
  • Knowledge of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps
  • Knowledge of basic interpretation and utilization of assembly drawings for facilitating the repair subassemblies
  • Has an understanding of integrated systems for the purpose of faultfinding and facilitation of repair
  • Use safe practices at all times

Training schedule:
Monday through Friday / 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


Work schedule:
Monday through Friday / 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

All applicants offered employment will complete substance and physical capacity testing.
