- Lead development of category plans in operational areas that support business goals and plans, are commercially strong and demonstrate insight based on strong analysis of BNA needs and supplier markets. Strategies may include development and execution of RFPs, negotiation, make/buy analysis, etc.
- Input to S&OP+ business Step 3 processes as required for Supply Planning and provide procurement cost and delivery inputs to the new business planning and budget processes.
- Lead end to end supplier activities, including sourcing, supplier management, and supplier contractual and performance negotiations for responsible areas.
- Development of optimum Supply Chain lead-times, EOQ purchases and material obsolescence.
- Deliver expected annual PPV results committed in category plan in a timely fashion. Provide accurate project tracking and results reporting including regular communications and projections of latest estimates including risks and opportunities.
- Lead supplier performance management reporting meetings, and lead implementation of delivery timing, forecast feasibility and cost outcomes. Builds strategic supplier relationships that deliver competitive advantage to BNA.

Job DescriptionScope of Job:
Demonstrates Supply Chain Excellence through implementing a commodity procurement and inventory strategy that supports the company's manufacturing supply chain. Manages the policies and processes to purchase raw materials required to process and manufacture products, conduct research, and enable other business activities. Monitors and analyzes the commodities market, global economic conditions, and events to make informed purchase decisions. Identifies, evaluates, and monitors suppliers and develops relationships to provide reliable sourcing and ensure the quality and availability of required commodities to meet customer service needs. Oversees bidding and contract negotiations to obtain the best pricing to meet commodity needs and brings total value proposition to business and impacted customers. Analyzes and drives inventory levels, manufacturing schedules, and long-term business objectives to plan and manage purchases. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and standards governing the purchase and delivery of goods.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in food manufacturing preferred. Overall knowledge and understanding and impacts of commodity strategy and procurement execution to broader business.
