- Support writing requirements for all program divisions, including Services Management, Technical Management, Engineering & Cloud, Networks & Monitoring, Cybersecurity, Application Services, Asset Management, Business Management, and Command Office.
- Provide necessary writing, editing, and formatting of program documentation based on requirements and provided information
- Interface closely with the various program divisions to determine documentation requirements.
- Review, develop and standardize documentation format and content across the program organization.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and complete according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Create and manage electronic forms and document templates
- Masters Degree with 10 years of hands-on experience or Bachelors Degree with 12 years of hands-on experience in related field.
- Five years of experience in technical writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
