Your new workplace is located in a former brewery building in close proximity to the center of Warthausen. Together with a motivated and innovative team, you will support 125 elderly people in their daily lives at our facility, which is part of the Charleston Group. We offer full-time care, as well as short-term and respite care, dementia care, and care for severely disabled individuals. In addition, the facility is complemented by four age-appropriate apartments that we operate as assisted living.

  • You are responsible for ensuring resident-oriented, individualized nursing and psychosocial care for the elderly
  • You determine staffing needs, participate in the selection of personnel, and are responsible for transparent, modern, and appropriate personnel planning
  • You train new employees, conduct regular meetings, and determine individual training and further education needs
  • You plan, organize, and conduct nursing visits, service and team meetings
