- The starting salary is between $175,000-$200,000 depending on experience.
- Production incentives substantially increase earnings. All the primary care physicians make over $360,000.
- The payment model allows physicians to make more than they would with a wRVU model.
- Weekend call is 1:5. The advanced care providers take first call during the week.
