Our client is a young pharmaceutical company located in the western Rhein-Main area, dedicated to researching, developing, and manufacturing innovative products for the diagnosis and treatment of serious diseases.

With a rapidly growing team of over 2,000 employees, we are seeking additional specialists to support them.

To support our commercial department, we are currently looking for a


Clerk / Data Entry Specialist - Time Management (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Transferring data into Excel spreadsheets, summarizing data, transferring data into PEP software
  • Optimizing and further developing planning software in collaboration with the software provider/support
  • Temporarily taking on various simple tasks of the team's daily business

Our requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or professional experience in the commercial field
  • 1 year of professional experience in similar fields
  • Excellent MS Office skills, experience with workforce management software (e.g. ATOSS)
  • Strong organizational skills, independent and structured way of working
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
