Job Title:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


Job Summary:

  • We seek a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will design, implement, and evaluate behavior analysis interventions and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and other behavioral challenges. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and improve the overall quality of life. The BCBA will also manage paraeducators and conduct orientations and training._

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- _Act as the liaison between BEAM and community/district partners by collaborating with district behavioral teams to understand individual student behavior plans and communicate those plans to appropriate community/district partner staff and BEAM staff._
- _Promote staff and community relationships that are in the best interest of the students, BEAM, and its community partners._
- _Conference with staff and community partners concerning problems of student adjustment._
- _Assist programs in curriculum development, curriculum implementation, and instructional improvement for behavioral programming._
- _Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the results._
- _Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target specific behaviors and promote positive behavior change._
- _Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as needed._
- _Develop, plan, and provide professional development through modeling, coaching, and instruction._
- _Conduct orientations and training for paraeducators to ensure their understanding of behavior intervention plans, ABA principles, and best practices._
- _Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis._
- _Perform other_ _duties as assigned by BEAM administration._


Required Skills/Abilities:
- _Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field_
- _Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or other behavioral challenges_
- _Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques, including functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention planning_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Ability to motivate, inspire and guide a team toward goals_
- _Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete records_
- _Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in behavior analysis_


Salary and Benefits:
- _$85,000 - $100,000 a year based on experience and qualifications._
