Responsibilities:

Work autonomously and collaboratively to support state-of-the-art Oncology drug discovery biology initiatives.
Develop and implement mechanistic in vitro cellular assays to understand the mechanism of action of client compounds.
Manage cell cultures, including cryopreservation, validation, and inventory upkeep.
Maintain detailed and organized records of protocols and experimental outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally with team members to drive project advancements.
Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data in team discussions.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in preclinical laboratory settings.
Ideal candidates will play a vital role in the research pipeline by spearheading the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of cellular assays for characterizing and progressing client molecules of interest.
Thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and deliver significant contributions as a valued member of our dynamic drug discovery team.
Key attributes include strong organizational abilities, a history of high productivity, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular/Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in experimental design, data analysis, and various biology methodologies such as in vitro cell assay development, Western blotting, ELISA, transfections, qPCR, and viability assays.
Skilled in workload planning, prioritization, organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Experience with electronic notebooks is a plus, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Self-motivated, adaptable, keen on acquiring new skills, and possesses a positive demeanor.
