    Compensation:
    up to $21/hr

    Strategic Business Consulting Services has partnered with a plastics manufacturing company looking to add a Quality Inspector.

    The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements.

    This is a full-time, contract to hire position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct inspections and audits of products and services to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements
    • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and equipment
    • Create and maintain inspection reports and documentation
    • Identify and report any quality issues or nonconformities
    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
    • Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure quality standards are met
    • Train and mentor other employees on quality control procedures and standards
    • Continuously monitor and improve the quality control process

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational education preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection role
    • Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
    • Experience with measuring tools and equipment
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report quality issues
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment
    • Quality control certification is a plus
