- High school diploma or Equivalent.
- Fluent in English
- 4 years of experience in Quality Control
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Perform inspections of company products to determine conformance with specifications.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Has autonomy to make decisions to reinspect material.
- Document inspection and test results, including any defects or non-conformities found, and report them to appropriate personnel.
- Utilizes standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and test rigs.
- Processes associated documentation, including process tags, rework tags and nonconforming material documents.
- Produce and collect product samples for testing and reporting per scheduled procedures.
- Promote quality control through comparison of produced products.
- Works under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques. Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance.
- Participate in quality control audits and assessments.
- May be required to work overtime including weekends and holidays as necessary.
