"Speakeasy Berlin is a modern language school for German as a foreign language located in Summersville, KY. We offer in-person and online intensive courses, evening courses, corporate training, and many other exciting formats. Every month, young (and older) adults from all over the world attend our classes. Our mission is to provide practical, conversation-oriented language instruction with authentic communication at the center of the learning experience. Speakeasy is also one of the most popular centers in Summersville for qualifying and conducting the widely recognized telc language exams.


We are currently seeking new colleagues (m/f/d) for our customer service team in our Student Service department for 40 hours per week to provide competent advice to our short and long-term language learners.


Responsibilities:

  • You will advise our students via email, live chat, and phone about our courses.
  • You will handle and process questions from our students.
  • You will support our complaint management.
  • You will actively contribute to ensuring our students' satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • You have a strong customer service orientation and enjoy working with adult students.
  • You have good English and German skills at least at a B2 level. Any additional languages are a plus.
  • You have experience in digital communication.
  • You have a good command of common MS Office applications.
