Compensation Package

  • Yearly Salary: $70,000 to $75,000

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct supervision to a team of Support Managers.
  • Assist with management of the IDD NOW and COMP waiver program.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff and families.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of people with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field (Master's preferred).
  • At least one year's experience working with people with intellectual developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for personcentered planning and empowerment.

$70, $75,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

  • RFP Writing: 2 years (required)
  • Proposal writing: 2 years (preferred)
