    Job Description A skilled nursing facility located in Quincy, CA is currently seeking a qualified Director of Nursing to join their team full-timeCheck out the details below:

    Title: Director of Nursing – Registered Nurse RN

    Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

    Setting: Skilled Nursing/LTAC

    Location: Quincy, CA

    Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, daytime hours

    Pay: $60 - $85/hr based on experience, plus full benefits, relocation assistance, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Director of Nursing duties to include but not limited to:


    • Provide visionary leadership to the nursing staff, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
    • Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient centered care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
    • Monitor and evaluate nursing practices, outcomes, and processes to maintain standards and drive quality improvement initiatives
    • Develop and implement professional development plans for nursing staff, encouraging ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
    • Stay abreast of federal, state, and local regulations impacting nursing practices and ensure the facility's compliance with all applicable laws
    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; MSN preferred
    -5 years of experience in geriatrics/skilled nursing/long-term care

    • BLS/ACLS certifications
