- Work across numerous projects to ensure technical excellence of our consumer-facing experiences and work with Interactive Business Analyst and Developers to clarify and understand functional and software requirements
- Analyze functional requirements, wireframes, designs, and other project documentation as appropriate, to determine software application testing requirements. Generate test scenarios that meet the acceptance criteria and identify how each scenario will be tested.
- Determine appropriate test types and create detailed test cases utilizing the Lifetime set of quality tools (qTestManager, qTestInsights, Automation Framework, Browserstack/AppCenter, etc.)
- Validate requirement coverage and execute test cases, analyze test results, problems, or failures and document results and utilize effective time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Responsible for executing various test types: smoke, functional, system/integration, regression, automated, accessibility, UAT, etc. Lead sessions with business users to plan, coordinate and execute UAT testing
- Proactively work with IT Manager, Business Analyst, Creative, User Experience and Development to define project requirements and estimate effort to deliver
- Four-year college degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of QA technical experience
- 1-3+ years of Automation experience
- 3+ years of web and mobile testing experience, in a combination of both marketing and IT fields
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in driving projects independently & strong cross-functional leadership
- Good understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
- Good grasp of Selenium/Java or Selenium/C# automation scripting automation
- Good in back-end database testing; creating and analyzing database queries, preferably SQL Server 2000 and up
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products
- Good comprehension of an SDLC process
- Good grasp of current web and mobile technologies
- Experience in agile/iterative environments
- Experience using automated testing tools and emulators for app testing
- Good knowledge of automated testing tools, techniques and methodologies
- Proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation for projects of simple to high complexity
- Skilled at analysis and troubleshooting on web-based software
- Experience solving business problems with technology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Keep abreast of new technologies, implementation methodologies and industry best practices for interactive quality assurance
- Experience using formal software development methodologies
- Graduate degree in related field
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skillset with a self-starting attitude, team-player, and flexibility. A fast learner(new system and test equipment applications) and high degree of creativity and initiative is expected
- Strong analytic skills
- Capable of working independently and able to manage large projects with minimum supervision

Quality Assurance Analyst
Position Summary
Quality Assurance Analysts within the client's technology group are responsible creating and executing the test cases both manual and automated, identifying and re-testing defect fixes and communicating results. The Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with the IT Manager and Lead Quality Assurance Analyst for estimating/scheduling work, the Business Analyst for requirement comprehension, Developers for defect resolution and the Business Users for User Acceptance Testing. The Quality Assurance Analyst will work as a member of a cross functional team including project managers, business analysts, software engineers, and QA analysts, so effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork is essential for success.
