Responsibilities:


  • Managing and coaching Commercial Account Managers nationwide, ensuring that NavSav processes and procedures are being implemented from the top down
  • Onboarding and training collaboration of Account Managers, responsible for creating a 30, 60, 90 day onboarding plan with training department
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with and coordinate across cross functional teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
  • Cultivate high level of talent across our company owned locations
  • Conduct regular check ins with all account managers regarding new initiatives, carrier appetite changes, submissions, promotions, and best practices
  • Organize and structure account manager assignments successfully by location, experience, knowledge, and capacity

Requirements:


  • Property and Casualty insurance license required.
  • Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
  • Experience with multiple carriers and markets (including coastal)
  • Clean background check
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Applied EPIC management system experience
