Responsibilities:

Managing and coaching Commercial Account Managers nationwide, ensuring that NavSav processes and procedures are being implemented from the top down
Onboarding and training collaboration of Account Managers, responsible for creating a 30, 60, 90 day onboarding plan with training department
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with and coordinate across cross functional teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
Cultivate high level of talent across our company owned locations
Conduct regular check ins with all account managers regarding new initiatives, carrier appetite changes, submissions, promotions, and best practices
Organize and structure account manager assignments successfully by location, experience, knowledge, and capacity
