We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support to two senior-level managers within our organization.

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with an Executive Assistant to assistant in various administrative tasks including scheduling, liaising with business lines for on-site event support, and general administrative duties as needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct admin support to seniorlevel managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Admin to coordinate onsite events and other admin tasks.
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations for seniorlevel managers.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a wellorganized amd efficient work environment.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant supporting seniorlevel managers or executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Hybrid/flexible schedule:


The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
