We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for our customer, County Materials located in Marathon City, WI.Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply.
Job Duties
Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
Maintains comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
Performs minor accounting and bookkeeping duties.
Provides calendar management support; organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering, when necessary.
Answers incoming phone calls politely and professionally and accurately transcribes messages.
Coordinates travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and creates trip itineraries.
Uses various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.
