How you can contribute:
Together with your team, you will support our well-known customers and play a key role in acquiring new customers.

The Customer Service team takes responsibility for all customer service activities, including creating and calculating offers, price negotiations, and handling complaints.

In addition, the Customer Service team advises our customers on customs matters.


Your main tasks:

  • Daily coordination and prioritization of tasks within the team
  • Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and regulations
  • Commercial postprocessing (invoice control, monthly closing, and creating provisions)
  • Coordination of interface issues with customers, carriers, shipping companies
