- Manages Information Technology infrastructure and security resources.
- Builds strong relationships with external vendors to maintain a secure and stable technology environment.
- Plays a key role in defining and executing the organization's technology strategy in the short and long term.
- Regularly assesses IT infrastructure, systems, and security to manage costs, enhance productivity, identify upgrade needs, and other key metrics.
- Provides recommendations for infrastructure enhancements to meet current and future organizational requirements.
- Develops and implements risk management strategies, ensures system and network security, and complies with data security regulations by conducting audits and security checks.
- Sets and manages project timelines for IT equipment maintenance, security systems, and VOIP systems; as well as evaluates IT services, vendors, and contracts.
- Develops and tests business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption during emergency situations.
- Establishes a cybersecurity framework, disaster recovery plans, and removes redundant IT applications.
