Description

We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza's Phoenix Tower in Houston's Upper Kirby neighborhood.


The Digital Experience & Operations Coordinator (DEOC) will work closely with members on our Digital Operations and Website Experience Teams to ensure features are prioritized, requirements are documented, website forms and workflows are functioning as intended and features pass UAT.

The DEOC will also partner with the Website Experience Manager to deliver Azure DevOps Reporting and ensure requirements and end-user use-cases are documented prior to ingestion into a Sprint.

In addition to reporting, data entry & data visualization, feature roadmap and marketing automation [HubSpot] support; the DEOC will take on various digital experience benchmarking and competitive assessments and pull SEO, CX and other tertiary data to ingest into the Digital Experience Roadmap development process.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Time allocation will be split 30% HubSpot Support, 70% Digital Experience Administrative Support
  • Audit, maintain, and optimize HubSpot forms.
  • HubSpot workflow maintenance and hygiene efforts.
  • Content updates through our CRM systems as needed.
  • Routine HubSpot maintenance (property maintenance, contact counts, targeting updates).
  • HubSpot workflow, records, data cleanup / hygiene projects and/or reporting.
  • Requirements gathering for digital experience stories.
  • Various SEO support activities as assigned.
  • Content drafting and story user acceptance testing.
  • Sprint & experience roadmap recaps (days to complete, bugs vs features vs health etc.).
  • Understanding of complex processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Invoicing and closed loop status.
  • Assist with projects in any team or department as needed.
  • From time to time, one must complete projects with short notice in extreme constraints.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related discipline preferred.
  • Requires at least 5 years of relevant CRM, HubSpot, Product Management and/or Administrative Support experience.
  • ESP knowledge required; HubSpot/ CRM preferred.
  • Google Analytics knowledge required.
  • SharePoint knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with invoicing and partnering with accounts payable preferred.
  • Product management, digital experience, website reporting, UX/UI experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as exposure to powerbi preferred.
