Responsibilities
Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chatAssist customers in selecting the right motorcycle from our inventory suited to their needs.
Great communication & listening skills are keyConsult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and successFollow up with customers after the sale to encourage networking and repeat businessLearn techniques of closing the sale - We Will TrainComplete all sales documentation for tag, title, financing, etc.

Outgoing and vivacious personality - and an A-1 People PersonWe are looking for people with Harley-Davidson and/or automotive experienceA high degree of good customer service and people skills are required.
Sales experience in other industries is a plusWe will train - no dealership experience requiredAmbition and drive to succeed and a good track recordStrong work ethic and ability to learnAbility to set and achieve goalsProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceValid driver's license - Motorcycle endorsement is a plus, but we will train.
