    Join our LALOU Hiring Event!

    Mark your calendars for Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 from 11:30AM - 2:30PM. Open Interviews will take place at our sister restaurant, Olivetta Melrose Ave in West Hollywood.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure seamless service by attending to guest needs, maintaining table cleanliness, and refilling water promptly.
    • Wipe tables between courses without disrupting guest conversations.
    • Communicate guest needs to servers/managers promptly.
    • Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, booths, and chairs between seatings.
    • Keep floors free of debris and moisture.
    • Set up side stations, perform side-work, and follow opening/closing procedures.
    • Maintain cleanliness in guest restrooms and ensure paper supplies are stocked during service.
    • Empty trash, sweep floors, restock supplies, and organize dining areas and service stations.
    • Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of fine dining experience.
    • Previous work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
    • Strong time management and communication skills.
    • Support co-workers and contribute as a team player.
    • Current RBS certification required.
    • Current Food Handler card required.
