    Job Description

    Company Overview: DNV Energy Services USA, Inc. is on the lookout for a Program Director to join their dynamic Energy Management team. As the Program Director, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with utility clients and key stakeholders, overseeing day-to-day operations, and strategizing program planning. This position offers a great opportunity to lead a team, drive outcomes, and ensure client success.

    Location: The role is based at the company's office in New Jersey City, NJ.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Hire, train, and supervise administrative, engineering, and outreach/marketing staff to achieve energy savings targets within budget
    • Manage subcontractors according to defined scopes and expectations
    • Develop and implement an operational strategy to meet performance and financial goals
    • Monitor program results, quality assurance, and recommend improvements under ISO 9001 standards
    • Deliver presentations to utility customers, trade allies, and management
    • Prepare written reports for utility clients
    • Innovate to overcome challenges

    Qualifications:
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or technical discipline
    • Minimum 6 years of operational or project management experience
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
    • Demonstrated success in delivering complex programs within budget
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
    Preferred:
    • Background in energy efficiency with knowledge of energy-efficient technologies
    • Leadership, communication, and time management skills
    • Experience with commercial HVAC, lighting technologies, and CRM tools
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
