Job Responsibilities:
As part of our franchise management team, you will play an important role in supporting our franchise partners. As the first point of contact from our company headquarters, you will actively contribute to their satisfaction. In this exciting position, you will help shape and develop our franchise system at DAS FUTTERHAUS.


You will handle inquiries and concerns from our franchise partners and their DAS FUTTERHAUS stores in a service-oriented and competent manner, acting as a liaison to our specialized departments.

You will also coordinate necessary processes and measures for market openings, business transfers, and contract extensions, working closely with colleagues from various departments.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining location- and franchise partner-specific master data.

You will provide support in planning, controlling, and implementing various activities in franchise management by preparing key figures, reports, statistics
