Your Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement the HR strategy and initiatives in line with the company's strategy
  • Lead and develop the HR team and be responsible for the budget of the HR department
  • Manage the recruitment process from needs analysis to supporting the selection process and onboarding of new employees
