Specialist/Clinic Representatives as Account Managers for Rare Diseases (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for advising and selling products in the field of enteral nutrition to dieticians, doctors, and medical professionals in the field of dietetics/metabolic disorders
  • You develop a deep understanding of stakeholders and networks of your accounts and analyze the ways in which patients in your region go from initial symptoms to diagnosis and therapy initiation, as well as the needs of our customers
  • You advise medical professionals, especially dieticians, on a professionally sound level and master the spectrum of modern sales techniques, omnichannel strategies, and digital channels.
  • To ensure the best possible customer experience, continuous optimization of customer care is just as natural for you as close collaboration with your colleagues.
