Your Responsibilities

Project management and coordination for Seed Laser development projects, from conception to production and delivery to end customers.
Conceptual planning of experiments and guidance of team members.
Conducting experiments to validate specifications and identify potential technical improvements for the Seed Laser.
Planning and tracking development progress through project plans and milestones, and communicating with cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

Completed degree with a PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Physical Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
Additional training as a toolmaker, industrial mechanic, or equivalent is a plus.
Experience in laser technology and laser development is desirable.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Flexibility, creativity, strong communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
