Hessert Chevrolet is Philadelphia's largest Chevy dealership. We are looking for qualified professionals to join our team.

We seek applicants with strong customer service skills and the ability to build and sustain excellent relationships with our customers.


  • Create repair order, accurate documentation of customer concerns
  • Manage customer expectations during service appointment, track progress to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with customer if there's a deviation in appointment, notify them when vehicle is available for pickup
  • Communicate estimated fees, provide explanation for costs
  • Provide a pleasant experience for all customers; greet customers and offer assistance as needed
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments as needed
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to requests and/or direct calls to proper employee, ensure all calls are answered in timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills
