We are currently looking for a motivated and loyal personnel manager (m/f/d) in the commercial sector for temporary employment and personnel services for our company headquarters in Leipzig.

Your tasks will include:


Among your daily tasks are:

  • You are responsible for the care and strategic development of the employee and customer base
  • You organize the daily business independently and proactively
  • First point of contact for all concerns of employees and customers
  • Identification and approach of suitable candidates
  • Conducting job interviews and documenting application processes
  • Working with people, for people and by people
  • Support of customers in all personnel solutions
  • Personnel consulting and placement of specialists and executives (temporary employment and direct placement)
  • Direct approach of candidates (active sourcing)
  • Conducting telephone interviews and job interviews with candidates for optimal personnel selection
  • Hiring and releasing employees, including all associated labor law and administrative tasks and compliance with legal requirements

What you bring with you:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a personnel services specialist (m/f/d) or have industry experience
  • You have a high sales affinity with a strong desire for success
  • You are a communicative person with a good sense of tact, who enjoys actively approaching other people
  • You can inspire and motivate others with your confident demeanor
  • You have an independent and proactive way of working
  • You have successfully worked in sales and/or human resources in your previous positions
