Our products are successfully distributed in over 26 countries worldwide. Our versatile and ambitious team develops and assembles all of our high-end bikes in Idstein. Numerous test and design awards attest to our perfectly designed frames and complete bikes.

For our headquarters, we are currently seeking a:
Service Manager/Employee (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

  • Receiving repair orders
  • Creating corresponding orders in the inventory management system
  • Generating workshop invoices
  • Providing advice to customers regarding service and repairs
  • Being a friendly point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Assisting with new bike handovers

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a bicycle mechanic or similar qualification desired
  • Practical experience as a mechanic, ideally in the bicycle industry
  • Experience working with highquality and exclusive carbon frames and components
  • Familiarity with inventory management programs
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to handle high workloads, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Intercultural competence
