About us:
AWO Youth and Social Services gGmbH is the non-profit organization of AWO Region Hannover e.
V. It is a modern and professional social enterprise that offers services for seniors and those in need of care.

This includes operating three nursing facilities, day care centers, and an outpatient care service, as well as residential and support properties for older people.

We are currently seeking a facility manager (m/f/d) for our AWO Residenz Gehrden with 85 residents, initially as a temporary replacement in full-time with a very good chance of permanent employment.

Your responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the qualified care and support of our residents
Supervision of approximately 85 employees as a senior employee
Responsibility for the economic management of the facility in cooperation with the department management
Constructive cooperation with relevant authorities and institutions
Preparation of reports for the management
Representation of the facility internally and externally
