As a service provider for packaging and contract filling of cosmetics, hygiene products, and food, Brandpackaging GmbH works with contract manufacturers and brand owners throughout Europe.
In addition to large industrial contract manufacturers, our customers also include numerous medium-sized cosmetics and food manufacturers. Together with our partners throughout Europe, we handle a variety of productions in modern and certified production facilities.We are currently seeking an administrative assistant for order processing.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing of operational tasks in purchasing and sales support
- Processing of quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
- Monitoring delivery dates
- Creating inquiries
Your profile:
Required:
- Completed commercial training or degree in business administration
- Good knowledge in the field of materials management
- Very proficient in MS Office and merchandise management systems
- Negotiation skills in English
- Structured work style
- Willingness to take on responsibility for interesting topics and challenging projects
- Independent, responsible, and customeroriented work with high commitment and communication skills
Desired:
- Interest in the fields of cosmetics/hygiene products and food
- Experience in purchasing and sales support
- Class B driver's license and car for easier access to the workplace
- Basic knowledge of Polish would be desirable, but not a requirement
- First experience in the production of print media (e.g. printing on packaging materials)
- Willingness to travel
