- Provide management and leadership to assigned properties.
- Maintain standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
- Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that expectations are met and to assist Ensure all contractual obligations are being met.
- Initiate contact with new residents.
- Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the properties.
- Ensure property maintenance/improvement and other related projects are completed on time.
- Provide directions to various teams in the investigation and resolution of problems.
- Experience in property operations, hospitality, or residential construction industries
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows
- Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Community Association Management (CAM) license a plus
