    Here's a glimpse of your everyday tasks:

    Follow a fixed 8-hour schedule within the hours of 5 am - 9 pm, Monday to Friday, 7 am - 6 pm on weekends (including holidays).Address and resolve a large volume of phone calls and emails.

    Create new customer accounts, suggest complementary products and services that enhance customer experience.
    Respond to general inquiries about products, promotions, returns, refunds, cancellations, account adjustments, shipping/tracking updates, and other related matters.
    Process incoming orders.


    Desired candidate profile:
    Residence in Washington State, Nevada, or Arizona is a must.
    Prior experience in a Call Center environment (preferred).Strong aptitude for sales and upselling.
    Exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a high degree of professionalism.
    Ability to troubleshoot, think on your feet, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
    Recognize customer needs, clarify details, investigate each query, and offer solutions.

    Strong interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with colleagues, internal collaborators, and customers.

    Team player mindset, customer-centric approach, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
    Capable of handling numerous duties and priorities concurrently.
    Comfortable with technology, quick to grasp new systems.
    You will be provided with a company laptop, headset, mouse, and keyboard. A stable, non-wireless internet connection (ethernet only) is necessary.


    Compensation:
