    William Vaughan Company is helping in the search for an Executive/Administrative Assistant for a full-service Real Estate Brokerage based in Perrysburg, OH. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for efficient office operations, coordination and logistics for all scheduling, meetings and set up as well as developing proper presentations and reports with client information. This person needed is quick to learn, coachable and creates a positive energy in the office. If you have a strong background in administrative work, exceptional work skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you.

    • Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette, and the ability to diffuse tense situations.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
    • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
    • Time management, multitasking, and flexibility

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, experience with Buildout not required but will be required to learn.
    • Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems.
    • Accurate record keeping.
    • Written communication skills.
    • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
    • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities including projects, listings and properties under contract.
    • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
    • Answers phone calls, emails and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
