Starting Pay

Day Shift:

$18.00


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Read shop drawings and production instructions
  • Set up Recycle equipment
  • Pelletize plastic to specifications and monitor quality
  • Maintain machinery to keep it running at optimum level
  • Operating fork lift at times for loading, stacking and counting material. Tracking and recording material and scrap and preparing material for shipment
  • End of shift duties.

Requirements:


Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience driving a forklift is a plus


Education and/or Experience


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two
- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.


Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
