Pay:
$15 per hour + Commission
Travis Driving School is currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist clients as they enter the driving school; manage checkins and schedule driving lessons.
- Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Educate prospective clients about our driving courses and benefits
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and sell driving courses to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with the driving instructors to ensure smooth operation of driving lessons and schedules.
- Conduct followup calls to gauge customer satisfaction and seek referrals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Contact affiliates for partnership
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Spreadsheet, Online Scheduling Softwares.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
Ultimately, a Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
Shift:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
