    Description

    MuniCap, Inc. is currently searching for a dedicated manager to lead challenging assignments within the realm of real estate development projects. Working extensively on projects involving public-private partnerships, MuniCap collaborates with local governments across various states in the U.S. With a strong national presence, the company operates out of multiple offices situated in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas, providing flexibility for employees with remote work options.

    • Manage intricate assignments involving financial analyses for real estate development projects
    • Coordinate with the financing team, set project timelines, and lead conference calls
    • Oversee the preparation of work products and address project-related issues
    • Interact with clients, document recommendations, and deliver final outcomes
    • Review legal documents, engage in due diligence, and collaborate with senior leadership

    Ideal candidates for this position should possess 3-5 years of experience in municipal bond issues, with a background as a manager, assistant manager, or an associate directly involved in deals. The Series 50 exam is a prerequisite, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is essential. While training specific to MuniCap's operations will be provided, a blend of education and experience can be considered as well.
